Crosslinks is seeking a proactive and values-driven Quality & Safeguarding Manager to strengthen organisational quality systems, support safeguarding practices, and drive service excellence across the organisation.

As the Quality & Safeguarding Manager, you’ll lead systemic initiatives across quality assurance, safeguarding, WHS, trend analysis, and continuous improvement. This pivotal role plays a key part in strengthening organisational quality, safeguarding culture, and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will:

  • Lead organisational quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant WHS legislation.
  • Oversee audits, investigations, incident management, and service reviews.
  • Analyse trends, identify organisational risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with leaders, frontline teams, and stakeholders to embed best practice and improve service outcomes.
  • Support a positive culture of safety, accountability, and wellbeing.

 

About You:

  • Strong working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, safeguarding, compliance, or continuous improvement.
  • Sound understanding of WHS legislation and its practical application within service environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting data and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence positive practice outcomes.
  • Ability to develop and implement practical, sustainable service improvement initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of the legislative and policy environment relevant to non-government disability service providers.
  • A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people with disability, their families, and carers.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of psychosocial disability and trauma-informed practice.
  • Familiarity with NDIS Commission reporting and compliance processes.
  • Experience in managing panel processes.
  • Experience working in remote or telehealth service environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Human Services, Health, WHS, or related field.

Compliance Requirements:

  • Valid Australian working rights.
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence.
  • Valid NDIS Screening Clearance.
  • National Police Clearance Check (within 6 months).
  • Working with Children Check.
