HR Administrator

Crosslinks is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider based in Midland that has been supporting people with disabilities for over 25 years. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Safety, the HR Administrator is the primary contact for employees at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to offboarding. They will provide generalist people services, supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.
You will have responsibility for:
· Employee Life Cycle Support: including all administration related to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
· Compliance Management: gathering and reporting all qualifications and certificates
· Tech guru: Ensuring all our IT platforms work seamlessly together and are utilised effectively
· HR Projects and Initiatives: contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience and improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
Requirements
· Minimum Cert IV qualification with minimum of 1 years of experience in a generalist HR advisor role.
· Detailed understanding of HR principles, practices and compliance requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· High attention to detail with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate HR processes efficiently
· A collaborative, adaptable team player who’s enthusiastic about helping improve processes and supporting the people within an organisation.
· Detailed understanding of competency-based training, especially within Disability Support Services.
· A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
· Strong ethics, reliability, flexibility, and discretion.
· Current NDIS clearance and orientation, Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
· Preferred: Sound working knowledge of Australian employment law, relevant HR legislation and the Social, Community & Disability Services Award (SCHADS).
