Crosslinks is looking for a motivated and proactive People & Culture Administrator to join our team in Midland, WA.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Human Resources (HR), People & Culture and administration experience while working across a diverse range of HR activities in a supportive, values-driven organisation.
You’ll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience — from recruitment and onboarding through to training, compliance, employee engagement and ongoing development.
About the role
This is a 6-month temporary part-time parental leave cover position, commencing Monday, 26 October 2026 and concluding Friday, 30 April 2027.
As our People & Culture Administrator, you’ll provide day-to-day HR administration and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
Working closely with the People & Culture team, managers and operational teams, you’ll help ensure our people have a positive, well-supported experience at every stage of their journey with Crosslinks.
No two days will be the same. You could be supporting recruitment in the morning, coordinating training at lunchtime and preparing HR reports or employee communications in the afternoon.
What you'll be doing
You will provide support across a broad range of People & Culture and HR functions, including:
- Maintaining accurate employee records across HR and CRM systems.
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate communication, interview coordination and recruitment administration.
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and participating in interviews when required.
- Coordinating employee onboarding and inductions, including delivering employee inductions on a three-week rotation.
- Monitoring employee compliance requirements, including working rights, probity checks and mandatory training.
- Coordinating learning and development and employee training, including enrolments through MYP iinduct.
- Maintaining training records, monitoring completion and issuing training certificates where required.
- Supporting performance management, probation and employee lifecycle processes.
- Responding to employee HR queries and providing information in line with Crosslinks policies and procedures.
- Assisting with employee changes, including roster changes and consultation processes where required.
- Preparing HR, workforce and Board reports, including recruitment and employee lifecycle reporting.
- Assisting with the review and update of HR policies, procedures and position descriptions.
- Preparing engaging employee communications and People Pages newsletter content.
- Supporting employee engagement, recognition and workplace culture initiatives.
- Maintaining the Peer Nomination Tracker and Head Office Wall of Fame.
- Building effective relationships with employees, managers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and the employee experience.
- Supporting organisational compliance and continuous improvement.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable, proactive and people-focused, someone who takes pride in getting the details right while also building positive relationships.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in HR, Human Resources, People & Culture, HR administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle and training processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of Australian employment legislation, HR processes and the SCHADS Award.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
- A high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
- Strong computer and HR systems skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and confidence communicating with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit, community services or NDIS environment will be highly regarded.
