We are looking for a motivated and organised People and Culture Administrator to join our team and provide valuable support across the employee lifecycle, recruitment, compliance, learning and development, employee engagement and HR administration.

About the Role

As our People & Culture Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a broad range of P&C activities. This role is a temporary parental leave cover position for 6 months commencing on Monday, 26 October 2026 until Friday, 30 April 2027.

You will work closely with the People & Culture Team, managers and operational teams to ensure our employees have a positive experience throughout their journey with Crosslinks, from recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing development and engagement.

No two days will be the same. Your work may include supporting recruitment, coordinating training, maintaining employee records, preparing reports, assisting with compliance activities and creating engaging communications for our people.

 

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across our HR and CRM systems.
  • Support recruitment activities including creating and posting job advertisements, candidate communication, interview scheduling and recruitment administration.
  • Work alongside hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and participate in interviews when required.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver employee inductions on a three-week rotation.
  • Monitor employee compliance requirements, including working rights, probity checks and mandatory training.
  • Coordinate training sessions and enrol employees into online learning through MYiinduct.
  • Maintain training records, monitorcompletion and issue training certificates if required.
  • Organise additional training requested by operational teams.
  • Support performance review and probation processes.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide information in line with Crosslinks policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee changes, including supporting roster changes and consultation processes when required.
  • Prepare HR and workforce reports to support the People & Culture Team and leadership.
  • Contribute to monthly Board reporting relating to recruitment and the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with reviewing and updating policies, procedures and position descriptions.
  • Ensure P&C documentation is current, accurately formatted and aligned with Crosslinks branding.
  • Create staff communications and announcements through the Links CRM.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the monthly People Pages newsletter.
  • Support monthly People & Culture staff engagement activities.
  • Maintain the Peer Nomination Tracker and support employee recognition initiatives, including the Head Office Wall of Fame.
  • Provide meeting and administrative support to the P&C team, including preparing minutes when required
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Quality & Safeguarding team to support organisational compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve P&C processes, systems and employee experiences.

 

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable, proactive and enjoys making things happen.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in HR, People & Culture, administration or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of employment legislation, HR processes and the SCHADS Award.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong computer and systems skills, with the ability to learn new HR and CRM systems quickly.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, training or employee administration
  • A positive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
  • The confidence to communicate with employees, managers and external stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge and experience in a non-profit, NDIS provider organisation is desirable.
