NDIS Plan and Funding Officer

Permanent Part-Time | Midland Head Office | Monday to Thursday

SCHADS Award Level 4.1 | Salary Packaging Available

At Crosslinks, we believe everyone should have a reason to smile. We're looking for an organised, analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our NDIS Supports Team as a NDIS Plan and Funding Officer.

This is an important role that helps ensure participants have the right plans, funding arrangements, service agreements and information in place to access the supports they need. Working closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and internal teams, you'll help keep participant information accurate, monitor funding utilisation, and support effective service delivery across the organisation.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working with systems and data, and helping people navigate complex information, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This role is based at our Midland Head Office and works closely with the Manager – NDIS Supports, Operations, Scheduling and Finance Teams. The position focuses on the administration and management of participant plans, funding arrangements and service agreements to ensure participants can access services efficiently and effectively.

This is not a Support Coordination or direct support position. Rather, it is a specialist administration and funding role responsible for maintaining the information and systems that support quality participant outcomes.

What You'll Do

Participant Plans and Funding

  • Review NDIS plans, funding arrangements and service agreements.
  • Assist participants and families to understand how available funding can be used to access Crosslinks services.
  • Monitor funding and service utilisation and identify emerging funding risks.
  • Support timely updates when participant plans or support arrangements change.

Service Agreements and Administration

  • Prepare, update and maintain participant service agreements and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact regarding participant plans, funding and service arrangements.

Systems and Data Management

  • Establish and maintain participant information within Flowlogic and other organisational systems.
  • Ensure participant, funding and billable information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support participants and families to access and navigate the Crosslinks Participant Portal.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Operational and Financial Support

  • Work collaboratively with Scheduling, Operations and Finance teams.
  • Assist with resolving billing and claiming issues resulting from funding or service agreement information.
  • Support effective service delivery through the provision of accurate participant and funding information.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to supporting positive participant outcomes.

Essential

  • Experience working within the disability, community services, health or a similar service environment.
  • Strong administration, organisational and information management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and solve problems.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong computer and systems skills.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience interpreting NDIS plans, funding arrangements and service agreements.
  • Experience monitoring participant utilisation and funding.
  • Experience using Flowlogic or similar participant management systems.
  • Experience supporting billing, claiming or funding administration processes.
  • Understanding of NDIS funding structures, support categories and participant service delivery.

If you don't meet every requirement but believe your skills and experience are a strong fit, we encourage you to apply.
