Full Time | Midland, WA

At Crosslinks, we believe everyone should have a reason to smile.

Behind every amazing support worker is a team that makes great supports possible.

We're looking for an exceptional leader who loves solving problems, building high-performing teams, improving systems and creating an outstanding experience for participants.

This isn't just another operations job.

This is your opportunity to lead the heartbeat of our organisation.

Imagine coming to work where you...

Help new participants start their Crosslinks journey quickly and seamlessly.

Lead the teams that keep hundreds of supports running every day.

Use data to make smarter decisions, not just reports that sit in a folder.

Find better ways of doing things instead of accepting "that's how we've always done it."

Build systems that allow frontline staff to spend more time changing lives and less time chasing paperwork.

If that excites you… Keep reading.

You'll oversee the teams that keep Crosslinks moving:

  • Participant Intake
  • Scheduling
  • Plan Support
  • Operational Administration
Together, these teams are responsible for ensuring every participant receives the right support, at the right time, from the right people.

You'll work alongside our operational leaders to make sure our services are efficient, financially sustainable and centred on exceptional participant outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

After your first 12 months you will have:

Reduced participant cancellations

Reduced reliance on agency staff

Improved participant onboarding times

Increased participant satisfaction

Built stronger operational systems

Created an engaged, high-performing support team

You'll Love This Role If You...

  • Love leading people rather than simply managing them.
  • Enjoy solving complex operational challenges.
  • Get excited by improving systems and processes.
  • Believe data should drive decisions.
  • Like finding smarter ways of working.
  • Can switch from strategy to hands-on problem solving when needed.
  • Enjoy collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Want to genuinely improve the lives of people with disability.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

  • Leadership experience within disability, health, aged care or community services.
  • Strong operational management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the NDIS.
  • Experience leading scheduling or service delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement.
  • Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to inspire others and build great workplace culture.
Bonus points if you've worked with FlowLogic or similar client management systems.

Why Crosslinks?

We're growing.

We're improving.

We're investing in our people.

At Crosslinks you'll join an organisation where ideas are welcomed, leaders are trusted and innovation is encouraged.

You'll work with a passionate Executive and Leadership Team who genuinely want to build something better—for our participants, our staff and our community.

That's pretty special.
