Community Living Support Worker

👣 What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Accommodation Services team, you’ll provide consistent, person-centred support that helps participants live with independence and dignity. Your day-to-day may include:
- Supporting people with daily living, personal care, and routines.
- Helping create a safe, comfortable home environment by assisting with cooking, cleaning, and household tasks.
- Encouraging participants to build independence and connect meaningfully with their community.
- Administering medication and following support plans with professionalism.
- Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and coordinators to provide the best possible care.
- Keeping accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.

✅ What You’ll Need
- A valid Driver’s Licence & reliable transport.
- Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children’s Check, and First Aid (we can help you obtain these if needed).
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
