Community Living Support Worker - Fixed Term

Now, we’re looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team. If you’re passionate about people, love working collaboratively, and believe in doing the right thing—even when no one is watching—we’d love to hear from you.

👣 What You’ll Be Doing

At Crosslinks, we are stronger together, which is why you’ll be part of a supportive and inclusive team that has each other’s backs. Your day-to-day may include:

• Helping participants live independently and achieve their goals at home and in the community.
• Delivering personal care, supporting with routines, and administering medication with dignity and respect.
• Making a house a home by supporting everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and gardening.
• Encouraging participants to express their choices and engage meaningfully with others
• Keeping accurate records, including case notes and incident reports.
• Working in partnership with families, colleagues, and supervisors to provide high-quality support.

• A person-first mindset, you believe in empowering people to make their own choices.
• Experience or comfort supporting people with a range of disabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards or a willingness to learn.
• The ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
• A sense of joy, creativity and fun, we believe support should be something people look forward to, not just get through.

✅ What You’ll Need

• A valid Driver’s Licence & reliable transport
• Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children’s Check, and First Aid (don’t worry, we can help you get these!)
• Work across a range of shifts—mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepover shifts – rosters attached.
