As an Area Manager, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with the Service Operations Manager to lead a team of Support Workers who are making a real difference every day. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading from the front.
You’ll:
- Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers deliver high-quality, person-centred support services.
- Work closely with participants and families and other stakeholders to build meaningful outcomes.
- Oversee service delivery and quality.
- Be part of a collaborative leadership group that supports each other to succeed
- Be part of a rotating on-call roster.
What you’ll bring:
- Leadership experience in the disability sector.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS sector, quality and safeguarding regulations and person-centred practice.
- A people-first mindset and hands-on approach.
- Positive approach and confidence managing teams in a dynamic environment and building strong team culture with a smile on your face.
Your checklist before getting started:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- First Aid with CPR
- Current driver’s licence
- Qualifications in a relevant field (or working towards) are highly regarded.
