You are a confident and capable leader with a proven track record in disability or community services. You thrive in dynamic environments, are highly organised, and bring a values-driven approach to leadership.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated leadership experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, safeguarding frameworks, and sector regulations.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and participate in the on-call roster.
- Current WA C-class Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Clearance.
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in health, community services, or related field.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
At Crosslinks, you’ll be part of a values-led organisation that prioritises people, purpose, and progress. We offer a supportive team culture, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
We believe in doing serious work with heart, humour, and humility—and we’re looking for leaders who share that ethos.
