Administration Assistant - Reception

We’re on the lookout for an Administration Assistant – Reception with a twist—someone who can not only run a professional and welcoming front desk, but who also has a keen interest in IT. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our administration operations running smoothly, while helping manage basic IT tasks and CRM system administration.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar admin/reception role
- A genuine interest in technology and IT systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Great time management and multitasking ability
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- MYOB experience is a bonus
- Willingness
to learn and support basic IT/CRM functions
Requirements:
- National Police Clearance (under 6 months old or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current C Class WA Driver’s Licence
- Able to complete 100-point ID check and a pre-employment medical (includes drug & alcohol screening)
- Salary packaging up to $15,990 per year (more take-home pay)
